Look -- we’re not trying to recreate the wheel here. There is no shortage of experts out there telling us what and how to drink. Various publications go in-depth on America’s favorite libation. That’s not what we’re here for. Instead, we simply want to bring back the tater spirit to the experience. Sure, we’ll provide you with the nuts and bolts from the distiller. But really, we just want to give you a quick and fun read on what it’s like to crack open that next bottle in your collection. We also want to share tater experiences - whether a pour with friends or a trip down the bourbon trail. And we hope that other taters will share their experiences with us as well!
